Where Are Your Ears?
A Little Tale for Big People
Jack and Joe are two Black-tailed Jackrabbits who think they are a special
breed. Their tall, eight-inch ears can hear sounds from two miles away. Their
ears can swivel in all directions north, south, east, and west. They think that
Jackrabbits are the best!
Jack and Joe discover that are not special at all. Their travels prove them wrong. Birds, Beluga, Bears, Bison, and Butterflies all have special ears to hear.
